1. Check if the IP address is the same as the one displayed on the front panel LCD.
2. Clear the cookies and cache in the IE browser, or remove Proxy settings and try again.
3. Restart the Ciphertex NAS.
4. Reset network configuration (IP: 169.254.100.100) and administrator password to default by pressing the reset button of the machine.
