Answer:

If remote destination NAS powers off, there is a network failure, or another abnormal situation has occurred, the Remote Replication function will stop, and it will start again on the next scheduled time.

Note: If you enable the "Perform incremental replication" feature, then the system will backup new files only, otherwise it will backup from the beginning.
