The RAID subsystem is already connected to the host PC/server, but why is it that no disk drives are shown in the RAID manager GUI?
Please check if the RAID logical disk still exists in the OS Disk/Device Manager.
If the RAID logical disk does not exist anymore in the Disk/Device Manager:
(1) Please check your host cable connection.
(2) Please power cycle the RAID subsystem and the PC/server, then check again.
The CX-Ranger RAID subsystem is managed via the in-band SATA channel to provide control through the RAID manager GUI.
The OS must detect the disk drive(s) or the RAID logical disk volume from the RAID subsystem then the RAID manager GUI can be accessed.
