Why can't I see the correct filename using my FTP client?
Answer:
The possible answer is that your FTP client does not support Unicode.
Set "No" for Unicode Support for the "FTP Service" under "Network Services".
Select a supported filename encoding for "Language" under "General Settings" so that the folders and files for the FTP Service can be properly shown.
Or you can just use an FTP client that supports unicode, such as "SmartFTP", "FileZilla", or "FTPRush".
