Question:

Why is it that the name of a file with more than 33 characters cannot be displayed completely in the IE browser? Is this a bug?

Answer:

No. The problem that a file name cannot be displayed in the IE browser completely is not related to the length of the file name.
The file name is cut off because the display space of the IE status bar is limited and the total length of the path exceeds the buffer size of the status bar.
